Viewers

If you watch TV through a service that runs on livestb, contact the company you pay for it. When a subscription ends, their support number shows on the TV, if they have set one.

A channel is not playing

Viewers can press Report a problem on the TV. The box checks what looks wrong and sends it to the operator's admin panel, and a channel that keeps failing raises an alert there on its own.
